Families Day is a key occasion for RAF Odiham, attracting service personnel, their families, veterans, and members of the local community. It offers a unique platform to showcase a diverse range of aircraft, celebrate aviation heritage, and inspire the next generation of enthusiasts. Your participation would significantly boost the display and contribute to the overall success of the event, with the static displays often a key focus for the guests on the day of the event.

We are keen to feature a variety of aircraft types and would be delighted to discuss any specific requirements or support you may need to facilitate your involvement. Whether your aircraft is historic, modern, military, or civilian, your presence would be greatly appreciated.

Pilots are required to PPR by filling in 2026-RAF Odiham visiting aircraft booking form with arrival and departure times containing the time from and to their home airfield.  Also details of either Insurance (Including Crown Indemnity and INDEM 3.81 / AVN 95) or details of an MOD Waiver.

 This can all be sent to myself as I coordinate with Ops. Fuel requirements and any limitations on arrival and departure times to be sent to me also. Arrival between 0800-1200, departures post 1630-1800.
