It offers a unique platform to showcase a diverse range of aircraft\, celebrate aviation heritage\, and inspire the next generation of enthusiasts. Your participation would significantly boost the display and contribute to the overall success of the event\, with the static displays often a key focus for the guests on the day of the event. \nWe are keen to feature a variety of aircraft types and would be delighted to discuss any specific requirements or support you may need to facilitate your involvement. Whether your aircraft is historic\, modern\, military\, or civilian\, your presence would be greatly appreciated. \nIf you are interested in participating or require further information\, please do not hesitate to contact me at your earliest convenience. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you and your aircraft to RAF Odiham on 31st July. \nPilots are required to PPR by filling in 2026-RAF Odiham visiting aircraft booking form with arrival and departure times containing the time from and to their home airfield.  Also details of either Insurance (Including Crown Indemnity and INDEM 3.81 / AVN 95) or details of an MOD Waiver. \n This can all be sent to myself as I coordinate with Ops. Fuel requirements and any limitations on arrival and departure times to be sent to me also. SUMMARY:Deenethorpe Auster Fly-In
DESCRIPTION:All welcome this weekend to Deenethorpe from 11am Saturday.  All are welcome and we also hope to get a few extra and interesting non-Austers there on the day. \nWe have food/drink from 11am until Sunday morning. Camping for the overnighters and a get together on Saturday evening. Also for the campers there are good toilet facilities and a shower available. \nMilitary vehicles/rides and a number of aircraft other than the family of Austers and Beagle Pups and Bulldogs. Weather and wind allowing - Cessna Bird Dog\, L4 Cub\, Great Lakes\, Mk 1 Hurricane\, Thomas Castle Trust Tiger Moths. \nFor donations you can arrange a flight in a Tiger Moth and also the opportunity to sit in a real Battle of Britain Hurricane. Hope the weather plays ball to allow them to get in?! \nNot to forget - come and experience live firing of a 25pounder field gun - you won’t forget it!!!! \nLanding fee is £10 and overnight parking free. \nNB - there is no fuel at Deenethorpe\, the nearest airfields with fuel are Leicester\, Sibson and Conington. \nIt will be a massive help if you can indicate attendance so we can make sure all is planned accordingly.  Please drop me an email\nchairman@austerclub.org\nVery much look forward to seeing you there\, do come and mix and mingle for as long as you are able! \nLook forward to seeing you there\nRegards\nHamish\n\nHamish Bichan\nChairman
